Speciality Cheese

Speciality Cheese are limited production cheeses that are produced by hand using more traditional Artisan methods. These cheeses can use different sources of milk and tend to produce more complex varieties, with the focus on more natural flavours and textures.

Examples include Burrata, Buffalo Mozzarella, Buffalo Ricotta, Baked Ricotta, Ricotta Salata and Stracciatella.
