Floridia Scamorza is made from fresh pasteurized cow’s milk. Milky and creamy in flavour, Scamorza is known for its elasticity and has less moisture than mozzarella. Scamorza is commonly used as a substitute for mozzarella as it excellent melting qualities. Add to quiches, salads, pasta dishes or grilled on focaccia bread.
