Chili Cheese Snacks

Ingredients

  1. 2 (3 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  2. 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  3. 1/4 cup chopped green chiles
  4. 1/4 cup chopped ripe olives, drained
  5. 2 teaspoons dried minced onion
  6. 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
  7. 2 (8 ounce) cans refrigerated crescent rolls

Method

  1. In a small mixing bowl, beat cream cheese.
  2. Add the cheddar cheese, chilies, olives, onion and hot pepper sauce.
  3. Separate each tube of crescent dough into four rectangles; press perforations to seal.
  4. Spread cheese mixture over dough.
  5. Roll up jelly-roll style, starting with a long side.
  6. Cut each roll into 10 slices; place on greased baking sheets.
  7. Bake at 400 degrees F for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
