Ricotta

Floridia Ricotta is a natural cheese made from Mozzarella whey and fresh pasturised cow's milk. Mild and creamy in flavour, Ricotta is a soft, moist, fine cheese with a delicate smooth texture. Although primarily used as an ingredient in cooking, Ricotta can be used in a variety of applications. Ricotta can make the ideal substitute to cream based foods in baking and cooking and offers great nutritional value.

Fetta

Florida Fetta is a natural cheese made with fresh pasturised cow's milk. This is white in appearance, with a moist, semi firm-to-firm body and crumbly texture.

Ideal in salads and a variety of other applications.

Pecorino

Florida Fresh Pecorino is a natural cheese made from fresh pasturised cow's milk. This cheese is light to mild in flavour, white to off white in appearance with a moist firm body.

Great for Grilling, Frying, Food Platters and salads. Also makes an ideal fresh table cheese.

Semi Hard Cheese

Florida Semi-Matured Pecorino is a natural cheese manufactured from fresh pasturised cow's milk. This cheese is drum-shaped, firm in texture, with a hardbody.

Matured for a minimum period of 6 months, where it develops its characteristic flavours that range from mild to sharp.

Yellow in appearance, Floridia Pecorino makes the ideal cheese and is also availible in Peppato and Chilli Flavour.

Hard Cheese

Floridia Pecorino, Romano and Parmesan are all hard drum shaped cheeses. All manufactured naturally from fresh pasturised cow's milk. This range of cheese is aged one to two years, and is consistent with sharp piquant flavours.

It is yellow to dark yellow in appearance, and has a hard to very hard body.

These cheeses are ideal for grating and enhancing a variety of recipes.

Mozzarella

Florida Mozzarella is a natural cheese made from fresh pasteurised cow's milk. There are two varieties of Mozzarella, Fresh Eating and Pizza Mozzarella. Pizza Mozzarella is mild in flavour, light yellow to yellow in appearance and ranges from semi-firm to firm in texture.

Fresh Mozzarella is white in appearance, milky in flavour, with a soft to semi-soft body and delicate texture. Great for many uses - Pizza and Fresh Mozzarella both offer unique properties for cooking and eating.
