Hard Cheese

Pecorino, Romano, Parmesan & Grated Floridia Pecorino, Romano and Parmesan are all hard drum shaped cheeses. All manufactured naturally from fresh pasturised cow's milk. This range of cheese is aged one to two years, and is consistent with sharp piquant flavours.

It is yellow to dark yellow in appearance, and has a hard to very hard body. These cheeses are ideal for grating and enhancing a variety of recipes.
