Semi Hard Cheese

Florida Semi-Matured Pecorino is a natural cheese manufactured from fresh pasturised cow's milk. This cheese is drum-shaped, firm in texture, with a hardbody. Matured for a minimum period of 6 months, where it develops its characteristic flavours that range from mild to sharp.

Yellow in appearance, Floridia Pecorino makes the ideal cheese and is also availible in Peppato and Chilli Flavour.
