Floridia Ricotta is a natural cheese made from Mozzarella whey and fresh pasteurized cow's milk. Mild and creamy in flavour, Ricotta is a soft, moist, fine cheese with a delicate smooth texture.

Although primarily used as an ingredient in cooking, Ricotta can be used in a variety of applications. Ricotta can make the ideal substitute to cream based foods in baking and cooking and offers great nutritional value.
